Improve Efficiency with a Handgun
Intermediate Self Defense
Take your defensive skills off the static shooting line. Our intermediate training emphasizes speed, efficiency, and practical application. We will push your limits, ensuring you have the muscle memory to fluidly draw, reload, and effectively engage targets under real-world pressure.
Training for Real World Scenarios
Prepare for Intermediate Self Defense
We’ll elevate your technique by introducing movement, cover, and complex scenarios. You will learn how to confidently fire from kneeling and squatting positions, shoot on the move, and seamlessly transfer your weapon between hands. Most importantly, we practice real-world teamwork. Through hands-on role-playing, you will learn exactly how to safely maneuver while protecting an unarmed spouse, sibling, or partner.
Dynamic Movement
In a defensive encounter, standing still makes you an easy target. You will learn to shoot accurately and maintain control while confidently moving laterally, forward, and backward.
Positional Shooting
Real-world defense rarely happens while standing perfectly upright. You will learn how to rapidly and safely drop into unconventional stances for max coverage.
Partner & Team Tactics
When protecting loved ones, your firearm is only half the equation. You will learn how to maneuver, communicate, and safely shield an unarmed partner during high-stress role-play scenarios.
Advanced Malfunctions
A jammed firearm during a critical moment can be catastrophic. You will learn how to quickly diagnose and clear complex malfunctions under pressure so you can stay alert
Multiple Threats
Tunnel vision is your worst enemy in a high-stress situation. You will learn how to actively scan your environment, prioritize threats, and smoothly transition between multiple targets.
Ambidextrous Handling
Injury or awkward cover can instantly take your dominant hand out of the action. You will learn how to seamlessly transfer your weapon and shoot effectively with your off-hand.
